“My older sister is my fashionista. She is really into fashion, so much that she almost became a fashion buyer. This may seem kinda dumb but when I was little, she would choose all of my outfits. But when I tried to choose an outfit for myself, she would always say it wasn’t my style or wasn’t that cute anyway. I would feel really discouraged because all I wanted was her approval. After learning from her, my fashion sense improved. In 7th grade I remember the day when I picked out an outfit all by my own, and she approved of it, and even told me it was cute. It’s one of my proudest moments.”
